Time for court action!!! Sick of collections agents and thier place next to god

is it possible to actually sue the collection co?....back to above average credit after 18 months (694 average), become self employeed and they wont remove a PROVEN! and police filed fraud account from nov 2003 I go before the SBA on a substancial loan and this dropped me 57 pts.....whats the amount I could sue for

You have a better chance suing the creditor who hired the colleciton agency to collect on its behalf.  And that's only if you have a case.
