To dispute or not to dispute (on DoFD)

I have 2 medical collections that are nearing the 7 year mark. The bills associated with these debts were incurred in 12/2008 (CA #1) and 06/2009 (CA #2). They're both PIF and aren't updated monthly.

Should I dispute one or both with the CRAs, request early exclusion, or just leave them alone?

----------------

CA #1

$682

TU DoFD 10/30/2009

EX DoFD 10/1/2009

EQ DoFD 1/1/2009

This CA has already been excluded from EQ. I didn't request it, but it was removed.

------------------

CA #2

$2,561

TU DoFD 1/22/2010

EX DoFD 1/1/2010

EQ DoFD 6/1/2009

Disputes are for incorrect information. Are they incorrect? If they are correct and you just want them removed, that is what EE is for. If you want them off, then sure, request EE. It cant hurt.
