What credit bureau was your most difficult to get to delete items?

Re: Toughest bureau for deletion

For me it is EX and TU.    EX probably a little more difficult than TU.

EQ has been the easiest for me.  I call them and they delete stuff.  Like them.

Re: Toughest bureau for deletion

I just called eq today and from what I gathered they will just delete the items I told them without the dispute process

Well, I'll throw my experience in the mix. EQ has been the toughest, but TU has been the easiest then EX.

Re: Toughest bureau for deletion

How do you get things deleted from EQ so easily? I've got two Midland accounts that are only reporting on EQ. i disputed them on all 3 about 6 months ago. EX and TU delted them, but EQ said they were valid.

Gardening as of: 23 JUL 2017 / FICO 8 (As of 14 Jul 2017): EQ: 663, TU: 723, EX: 680

Re: Toughest bureau for deletion

EQ definitely for me is the toughest.  TU and EX reported back after a dispute over a balance on a CO that the debt was forgiven and they removed the balance.  However, after two rounds with EQ they tell me that they investigated and the balance is correct.  I sent back a copy of the 1099 and requested that they provide the method and details of their investigation, but they have not.  It falls off in January anyway, so I am probably done wasting stamps and effort over their reporting.  I'm in the garden anyway.

TU713, EQ 731 , EX 726 (As of 12/13/14) - Personal Goal = 760

Re: Toughest bureau for deletion

TU deleted something early for me.  EX is a pain, but I don't really bother with them too much.  Who really pulls EX?
