TransUnion did a hard pull for a credit refresh?

I am a paying member of TransUnion. I just did a refresh, which is part of the service. They state that only you can see the inquiries, but not creditors. Well I logged in and did a refresh as it has been about 7 days and I had some other alerts. Why would TU do that? I disputed it with them. Thoughts?

That happened to me yesterday. I was wondering the same thing. I been pulling reports daily from TU official website since I subscribe a while back. Got an alert for a HP from TU first and then from Credit Sesame. Nothing from MyFico, CCT and other sites.

This happened to me last night. HP from TU interactive. They said it is a system glitch and will not affect score. They are working to resolve the problem and will be taken off all TU reports.
