TransUnion hates me

Here is how:

They wait for the last minute to rspond to all correspondance. i.e., withdrawn tax lien took 45 days to delete even when providing a copy of the court paperwork

Goodwill deletions are not occuring on TU, the credits agreed, the deletion occured on EQ and EX, but not TU

I am locked out of their online dispute system

One lien I disputed they deleted the plaintiff, they deleted the case number, and all other details except the amount, status and dates and left it on the credit report, EX and EQ deleted because they could not verify (nor should they be able to because it is false).

How did I get on their hate list? What do I do from here? All the baddies are nearly gone from EQ and EX. But TU basiclly shut down on me.

I've noticed the same as well.....Customer service is horrible IMHO.....I like clear English speaking customer service.
