Transunion Fico Score on this site, Is it the same As?

I just purchased my Transunion Fico Score through this site and its 677.

Is this the same score that the Banks and Credit Unions will pull for Mortgage and or Auto Loan? I just checked with my Credit Union and the Bank Rep told me that they only pull Transunion Reports and Scores exclusively.

I believe the score from here is an TU 98 score, its an bit older. Am pretty sure read somewhere that its not used as much. Somebody can correct me if i am mistakened1

I believe the TU FICO available here is the TU98 model. It's a little dated but a few lenders still use it. The current TU FICO model used by most potential creditors is TU08.

Thanks, Where can I find the difference? I wonder if the TU 08 would give me a higher or lower score for mortgage and auto loan? Your Thoughts are apprecitated.
