I'm getting ready to start apartment hunting, so I did a tenant screening on myself using TransUnion SmartMove. It provides a "full" report with a credit score, along with an national eviction search and criminal check.
Does anyone know which score SmartMove uses? I had a 731 so I know it's not a FICO. I think I'd have a heat attack if my FICO jumped that much! I don't think my VantageScore is that high either. But I'll take it! I set up a fake apartment with lease/deposit, etc. that I'm going to look at, and it recommened me at "Accept" the highest category. Don't think any corporate landlords use this service, but at least it's a good sign that my rebuilding is headed in the right direction.
UPDATE: Heard back from TransUnion. For their SmartMove reports they include something they call a "Resident Score"
