Transunion has all my charge offs stating paid in full...

I was looking at my credit report and TransUnion has my charge offs as paid in full from Synchrony Bank, two were sold to Midland.  Why would it say this when I didnt?

The creditor was required, upon their sale of the debt, to update their reporing to show a debt balance of $0.

Either they misreported the $0 balance as having occured based on payment of the debt, or the CRA entered an incorrect identification as such.

You thus have an inaccuracy in your credit file/report if you did not pay.

You could, if so inclined, file a dispute and get it corrected......

If it were me, I dont think I would be asking for them to update that one haha.
