I'm not quite sure how to start, but like a lot of us here, I was young and foolish and never thought credit would be such an important thing down the road. Now that I'm older and trying to start fresh, I'd appreciate any and all input regarding my credit situation. I've included a list of everything on my CR for you to review.
Here are all of things on my Experian Report -

Welcome to the forums!
I'd suggest reading the following:
Common Abbreviations
Credit Scoring 101 - great for knowing what is in your credit score and to see how your score is impacted.
What Steps Do I Take - great for learning the repair process.
and Example letters - PFDs, GWs, DVs, etc.
If I had what you have, I'd do the following....
JCP - GW (looks paid to me, well sold. EQ probably hadn't updated based on the reported date).
Jefferson Cap - send a DV. If they verify and you agree, then send a PFD.
Overton x2 - When's the DOFD for both? This is a CA and the opened date always comes after the DOFD. Date opened is when this CA took things over or bought the debt. If approaching the 7-7.5 yrs, I'd probably let it be. Otherwise I'd send a DV. If they verify and you agree, then send a PFD. If they agree in writing, then pay it and they'll delete. Since they hold both debts, they may ask you to pay both debts if they were to agree to a PFD. If you ever mailed a cashier's check or MO, be sure to indicate which debt is being paid on the payment and of course make a copy.
Allied - could be short lived too. Send a DV. If they verify and you agree, then send a PFD.
Med-Rev - also old. Assuming you didn't want to wait, send a DV. If they verify and you agree, then send a PFD.
