Trying to pay old First Premier Charge Off

Hello all ...

... so I'm in the process of buying a house and one of the conditions is paying off this old $481 charge off from First Premier ... Could anyone provide any contact information over there? When I call the number on the website I get caught in the 7th circle of automated hell. Anyone have a number of a REAL person over there?

Also ... can they be trusted to send a letter stating I paid AFTER they receive payment? Or should I pay by check so there is a paper trail? I know they are notoriously hard to deal with.

Hi, good luck with getting someone.  This is what I did, I put in my social security number and that automatically brought me to a live person.  I hope this helps.
