A recent inquiry from the CB regarding your account we responded advising them that the balance of your account is correct and remains unpaid. To clear up this account and improve your credit score make your full payment today.... For this account my DOFD is 7/8/06 . I live in TX so my SOL is 4 years... Before I saw this letter I requested a Pfd vial email with no response from last week... Do. I wait for a response or do. I send a DV since they didn't verify anything for my dental acct.... I just want this acct gone from CR....
