I have two accounts with Midland. Both I asked for verification on, nothing more. Both they have reported as disputed. I have asked them many times to remove the dispute comment, they will not. Neither will the three credit beaurus. One I mistaking made a payment on in 2011 and the other I have been making payments on every month since November of 2009. I do not have a payment contract. Is my SOL at the DOFD with the original creditor or has that changed because of the payments I’ve made?

If it reports for 6 yrs. 9 mos. or the full 7 years thats okay with me if it's from the original dofd. If that date has been changed because I've been making unaggreed upon payments then I'm not pleased.
