Two broken leases; Just signed a 12 month lease. Future?

I have two broken leases on my record that will be paid off at the end of my CURRENT 12-month lease (signed today, thank God!).

Once this lease is completed with great payment history, am I off the hook? Can I move anywhere, again, with no restrictions?

You most likely will not be off the hook entirely until they drop from your CRs, typically as long as a derog stays on file you will need to explain yourself to any new landlord.
