Two cards from same issuer

So in my journey to establish positive credit relationships I have hit a bit of a snag in that many card issuers are declining me for even secured cards. The only bright spot has been US Bank, who has been kind enough to approve me for a LANPass Secured Visa. From what I have read, you want to start with 3-4 positive items. So I was wondering would it have any different effect on my score if I were to apply for a second secured card through US Bank (say the H-D Secured Visa with no annual fee - I'm not a biker but the prospect of a secured card with no fee intrigues me greatly) than say if I were to get one of the other options listed here such as First Progress or OpenSky?

Does having two different TLs from the same creditor affect your FICO any differently than two TLs from two different creditors?

Current cards: US Bank LANPass Secured Visa ($300) | Fingerhut FreshStart ($130) | DCU Secured Visa ($500 - DECLINED)

Starting Score: TU 486 | EX 510 | EQ ???
Current Score: TU 486 | EX 510 | EQ ???
Goal Score: 700
