No one has actually told you what you need to do here. Go as Robert indicated and figure out who reported it FIRST. That CA no longer has collection authority. Go to the dispute site for the agencies its appearing on, and dispute the earlier entry with a comment "Collector no longer has collection authority for this debt". It will be removed.

Next, to get rid of the second agency you need to make sure TW has your current address. Do NOTHING - Wait until they move the account to a new collector (usually it moves every 6 months), and the new collector will send a dunning notice. As soon as you get the notice PAY THEM before they reports it. If the previous agency is still reported, get them off the same way as the first.
