Two inquiries on report from same company, same date

Last year we bought a new car.  My husband and I both have TWO separate inquiries from Standander USA (I don't even know who they are!) for the same date.  I would assume these are counting as two separate inquiries on our reports.  Can I dispute one of them?

No you have no grounds to dispute...You applied sorry

Sounds to me as you applied as joint thus your app was shopped around and pulled by that company for each of you

As in your other thread you applied so you have very little chance of having INQ's removed by way of dispute or GW

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Santander is a big player in the auto loan business. Typically al inquiries for auto loans made in a period of 14 days are counted as 1 by Fico, you can overcome a denial for inquiries with some creditors on manual review by indicating the ones that were for your auto loan.

No, you're stuck with the two, but it's counted as one.  Not to worry.
