I have been in the 690s for over 2 years with EQ. I had negs removed, but 1 CO remains. It is paid in full and was paid over 2 years ago. I think the presence of that 1 CO will keep me under 700.
Ouch I maybe in the same boat then I have one CO from 2006, zero balance says paid in full. Does anyone know of a way to get these removed. I mean there is not much incentive now to remove it since we settled. Have you tried to remove yours?
It is legit and the OC wont GW it.
There is nothing terrible about 690s. I've accepted it is my score that accurately represents my risk to lenders.
Cheers to your 690s! It is a good score.
