can you pm me the info too. my husband has 2different collections showing for one $1,000 tmobile bill. we disputed and both were verified which is really annoying. shouldn't one of them be reporting a zero balance and account sold?
I've disputed Midland with all 3 CRA, but they verify everytime.
They sent me a letter saying when they took overthe debt for Tmobile and fro how much the bill was. I've been trying to figure out what proper vaidation is, but I'm reading mixed answers.
They update my report and mark is as disputed. They're due to fall off in feb, but sooner would be better!
I used the same thing with diversified consultants. Emailed them first nicely, then more harshly. I had already paid them but tmobile had crammed my bill for two months and diversified pulled the negative off my report when i used cfpb and bbb as a hammer.
