UPDATE:Letters sent to Ally Bank and Capital One CEO's

Good evening everyone. A few weeks ago, I sent GW emails to the CEOs of Ally Bank (auto loan) and Capital One to remove lates from my CR. I received a call from Ally Bank and they said that they submitted my request to have my lates removed and it can take up to 30 days to receive an answer. I received a letter in the mail from Capital One. The letter instructed me to call a specific number and enter a six right pin. I calledv,entered the pin and left a message for the agent to call me. I will give another update as soon as I can.

UPDATE: I spoke with someone at Capital One on yesterday and she has submitted my request. I should know by next week if my request was approved or not.

Congrats! I emailed the CEO of Ally recently...not sure if it was the right address or not, but I never got a response.
