UPDATE &HELP: How reliable is Experian credit score??

Hey guys,

 I posted previously that credit sesame showed my score tanking by 19 points, due to pop up collection that I am disputing(-sent it 2 weeks ago)!  I am aware the Credit sesame get info from EX, so i went directly to EX website and the pop up debt was not there!!!  I believe it is safe to say that credit sesame is reporting 2 weeks behind?  i am surecredit sesame is not more accurate than EX themselves. 

Another question...how accurate, in comparison to FICO, is the EX credit score?  I got a 663 through their website.

Doesn't Credit Sesame update only once per month? Compare the report dates.

Score? YMMV. Mine was usually within 50 whenever I compared it to an EX FICO from a lender (pre-return of EX on myFICO).

My Experian score (from their website) was 2 points higher than myfico score and 34 points lower than the lender pull.
