Thank you for sharing your story. This is such a testament to perserverance, hard work and dedication. Congrats you and your DH. I can literally feel the weight being lifted off your shoulders through this post. 
I do have a question, however, because I am anticipating helping my DH in the near future with his credit report. How did you handle the child support arrears? My DH was laid off and has been having difficulty finding a job, so his child support is accruing like crazy. If the details are too personal, please feel free to PM me.
Congratulations, what a wonderful, inspiring story! We're working on rebuilding my husband's credit right now and you inspire us. He has two small collections on his reports and once we get our tax refund, which should be soon, we are going to pay them and hopefully with persistant good will letters get them removed. I know it's going to be hard work, but I'm looking forward to the journey!
I just received my clear to close yesterday! And I will be closing tomorrow!
