URGENT/ Negative remove help needed

Need Help with the following, Any advice and help will be really appreciated.

 

I have a potetnial negative remark that might be posted to the credit report. the company called MOBILOANS .

 

they said i was 60 days behind on payment and they Initial charge off on July 1st (but it hasnt reported to credit report yet) they only report once every month.

on the first week of July i was able to pay off the balance in full.  They told me it hasnt sold to collections yet.  They said there is a good chance they wont report it but ofcourse its not guarantee.

Im trying to prevent any negative remark from reporting.

I was thinking of emailing.

 

1. how can i find the CEO email from Mobiloans, so I can send a email to request not to report any negative out of courtesy. I want to write a good faith email or letter and hopefully they can help me. the phone calls were no help.

 

2. what can i do please? thanks so much

Mobiloans is a tribal payday loan....they often don't report.

Welcome to the board. Like another poster said, they dont normally report. Just monitor your reports since you paid them off and make sure you keep all records for this company as they come later with nonsense.

Did mobi ever report charge off to credit bureaus?

They did report on me, I have a permanent charge off on TU due to this and even a credit removal company couldn't get it off.
