USAA Bank GW letter

Ok - so with some help from Schoolbuskids and internet research I got the emails to CEO & Executive of Member Relations. Sent  GW letters today by email - really hope this works. I am going give it some time but not sure how long I should wait. Any suggestions? I think I am going to call next. Please say a pray for me
