Any advice on a USDA foreclosure now with a balance due? Was looking into FHA loan after bok foreclosure on wife's USDA loan and found out there is a loan balance. When they pulled caivrs there is a claim on her name that won't allow clearance. We knew we had to wait three years but didn't know she would be responsible for balance due. Any help would be appreciated. We did receive check from Independent review regarding BOK foreclosure this year.
