I mailed them a GW letter to ask them to remove two 30-day lates from 2007 and 2010 (balance was paid off immediately and currently up to date) and I received no response. I tried emailing the service desk and they wrote back saying they couldn't help me and for me to call the Credit Bureau Dept (is that the same as NACS?) who then said they couldn't remove the TL from my reports.
Do I keep trying all 3 routes? How soon after should I try calling/emailing again?
