Synchony agreed to delete the derogatory information from a paid Amazon chargeoff from 2011. With their letter, they enclosed a Universal Data Form, which I understand to be what they send to the CRA's so that they'll update their information. However, the form has two codes on it (Account Status - 13, Account Type - 07) which I can't figure out. I'm usually very handy at being able to Google anything I need, but an explanation for these codes is eluding me. Any ideas? EQ has already updated, but I'm waiting to get the alert for EX and TU. Account Status 13 - Paid or closed account, zero balance, no longer in use
Account type 7 - Charge account
