2 collections 695 ARS collection and a 245 Caine and wiener collection
Also

375/400 Cred1
550/600 Cap1
And 4850/5000 NFCU
Fico scores all around 555

PIF both collections and Caine and wiener has already removed and ARS says they will but haven't seen t yet.

I know the 4400 is still a lot but I can't.pay everything at once . So I will keep chewing away at the 4400.
Also I just made my last payment in my student loan rehab and that should hopefully be changed from default to good standing in the next 30-45 days. Fingers crossed.
My question would be should I see a significant score increase from these changes ? I guess I'm asking because I would like to begin mortgage shopping soon.
