Re: Portfolio recovery- factoring company?

I know that I'm not answering your question...but I'm a Texas resident as well. ...they also needed to provide to you the Texas surety bond info....per the Texas financial code....was it on your dv letter?...also PRA...does not do pfd....if you can't get it deleted by dv or dispute...then there is no other way with these guys

Re: Portfolio recovery- factoring company?

They did not send me anything in regards to a Texas bond.   What would I do next?  Does anyone know if  they are bonded in Texas

Re: Portfolio recovery- factoring company?

file complaints with the CFPB @ BBB and let them know how they are reporting, let them know that they did not send you the surety bond & how they are reporting and that you never sent them a payment.

Re: Portfolio recovery- Texas DV question

I sent he followup debt validation.  My nex move was to file a complaint with BBB along with disputing with CRA with copies of the leers I sent them.  It was removed from all three CRAs two weeks ago!

Re: Portfolio recovery- Texas DV question

Good luck!!  For a while there I only saw minimum improvement but after everything has begun to fall off except for two or three things I have seen some jumps in scores.

What is the follow up letter? I'm in the exact same situation as you. They sent me all of that information except the bond info. What did you do next? Please help...
