Utilizaton Question, Again

If my First Premier has a CO of $451 and I pay that $451 in full, will that help with utilization, thus bringing my score up a little?  DOFD was 12/2010.  You know, looking at my CR, that thing was CO after one 60 day late...seems sort of extreme.  Anyway, thank you for any responses.

Yes.  They are reporting the limit of $250 and CO amount of $451.  They still own the debt so it is only them reporting.
