I had some similar documentation and I was able to get it removed from EQ and TU. Ex is being stubborn but I plan on getting my mortgage refi lady to do a rapid rescore using my info to get it removed from EX.

DO you have an order to vacate or dismiss the judgement if so send it to the CRA's also contact the original creditor and have them remove it. I hope that helps
