Verizon 120 Day late in status - debt is PIF...is this proper reporting?

Im still fighting with Verizon.  I paid the damn 109 they said I owed (they kept refusing PFD) and been trying to GW them.  So far no luck.  The report was recently updated to show the following: 

 

Balance:  ---------- (its blank)

Past due: ----------- $0

Status: -------------- "At least 120 days or more than four payments past due" 

Last activity: --------- 8/1/9

Description: ---------"Consumer disputes this account information.  Paid collection."

 

Is ths status proper? the debt is full paid.  How can it show as 120 days late? Should it read "Paid as agreed?"

 

Also, anyone have some additional contacts to dispute this and GW? (I tried CEO office and they rejected GW).

Yep I'm going through the same thing - I moved and the verizon paerson in the new location started a new contract without just moving my old one - long story short I ended up with a CO - I paid it as soon it hit my credit on 2005 and have had Verizon continuously for over 10 years - DOFD is 2005 - somehow it still shows 120+ on March of 2010 - It is scheduled to fall off this month or next - i was able to get it deleted from EX and TU but for some reason they keep verifying EQ - very frusterating
