Verizon Collection DELETED!!

I sent the email and a nice lady from the executive officer did call me but was unable to help me with my request. Any other things I could try? I have 2 accounts on my credit from Verizon both are paid.

I would like the information as well...however, they've sold my old debt to a debt buyer and I want to pay it directly to Verizon rather than the collection company.  Any ideas?
