Roger, congratulations. Can you please share with me the phone number you called and what you said that convinced them to remove the negative info from your reports? I paid off an old account with them last month but at first, I told them I would pay it if they removed it. They said that they couldn't do that, even though the collection account was as a result of a divorce. Thanks.
