I dont know why I keep getting this blow-hole at Verizon Executive relations but I'm getting no where with my GW letters. They have lost my business forever over a b.s. $109 paid CO account. I'm going to keep sending them letters and maybe I'll finally get someone who will reach a different decision. Guy asked me to stop sending letters in the last phone call and I told him I have every right to continue to seek a different resolution. (Check out the last paragraph)
