Haha, agree with Shogun. Maybe send a cost benefit analysis determining it would be cheaper to just delete your tradeline than spend the manpower dealing with your mail.

Anyone have a good list of emails/contacts for the Executive Relation Dept? I have a couple, but want to grow my contacts to bomb them with the letetrs. A fax # would be nice too.. I have a contact for one of the managers there if you're interested, not sure what it's worth though they are just ignoring me at the moment.

Dude send a copy of that letter to the ceo and president of Verizon regular/wireless write your own compelling letter and send it overnite mail. GO on about how verizon has always been evcellant in re to customer service but clearly the co. has taken a different direction with reguards in how they handle customers. THe letter that was sent to you is grammatically challenged and sounds more like a rep than someone who handles things on the executive level.

Yes I am no expert on grammar, but that really was a crap letter they wrote.

If that fails, could the letter then be used as the basis of a BBB complaint? The underlying issue being the unwillingness to work with them?

"Final Decision" was in quotes... Either they were being sarcastic or truly believe corporations are individuals.
