Re: Verizon - I finally pissed them off!

I'm sending mass mailing out this weekend. Every address I've managed to squirrel away will get a letter.

Hey Duncan,

Did things work out with Verizon?

Too many INQs & low AAoA so I'm off to tend the Garden.     Age:23

Re: Verizon - I finally pissed them off!

Nope. I got another letter from them telling me they are not going to respond to me. Again the letter is replete with typos. Ill post it in a bit.

Re: Verizon - I finally pissed them off!

Yup. That's exactly what they said. Way to be internally inconsistent. Here is a link to my newest letter I received shortly after the new year.

Re: Verizon - I finally pissed them off!

I had endless trouble with Verizon. Gave on up them and went with http://www.pagepluscellular.com/ and https://ting.com/

So far going well since the switch. Page plus runs on verizon and ting is on sprint.

Ting has better customer service than verizon, and page plus is simply cheap.

Smiley Happy  Its only 3.5 years old.  If I go that route I will wait for it to be 5 years old as many companies dont keep records of paid CO's past that point.  So that gives me 1.5 years to keep bugging them.
