Verizon PFD and/ or Southwest Credit Help Needed

Ive been lurching around this forum for a couple months now. Sent out some DV letters, PFD and a GW letter to Navy Fed a couple weeks back. Got one baddie removed via a DV letter. I really need to get a Verizon collections and a Southwest Credit collection removed (ATT is the OC but they are not reporting). Any help/ contact info for a PDF would be GREATLY appreciated. I NEED to buy a car ASAP.
