Does anyone have a recent (valid) mailing address to send a PFD to Verizon Residential/Home (NOT Verizon Wireless!)
I have a measily $16 collection item on all three of my credit reports from Verizon Residential. It was probably the final balance left on my account after I cancelled and moved out...they seem to be famous for not sending final statements. Anyway I want this off ASAP as it's one of only two collection items on my reports that are dragging me down right now so I want to send a PFD to Verizon...but I can't find a valid address anywhere! The address listed on all three reports is the same (500 Technology Dr, Ste 300 Weldon Spring, MO) but I've come across several threads on here already where people have mentioned that that particular address is no longer valid.
Does anyone have a good address for them? Calling their customer service/billing people is a nightmare and all they give me is the bill payment address in Albany, NY. That may be where I send the PFD to if I can't get a better address because I need to try to get this off my reports ASAP, if at all possible. I couldn't find a good address on their website either but maybe I'm looking in all the wrong places? Help!
