Verizon Wireless - Miracle Financial - How to Delete

I have a collection account on my Credit report and Verizon is reporting it.  I have disputed it and it was validated.  I called Verizon to pay it but they said to call Miracle Financial.  The issue is Miracle Finacial is not reporting it.  Do I pay Miracle and then will Verizon delete it?  I am woried I will pay it and it won't be deleted by Verizon.  Any suggestions?  A PFD letter to Verizon?

Does Verizon still own the debt?  If they do and referred you to the CA they likely chose not to work with you.  Which sometimes happens.

Verizon is very tough to work with but, yes, they do ocassionaly accept PFDs or GW letters.

But, no, paying the CA will not remove the OC TL.  Only the OC can do that.

How old is the debt?
