I would like the contact information as well. I've been their customer for more than 10 years and I had a bad few months in which they created me a subaccount when I returned to them after trying TMobile. I had no idea they were going to let me create a new account without paying off the old one so I thought they included that in the bill (that I paid). Apparently they didnt and sent me to collections for $318. I paid that but its still shoing up on my credit . I'm still with Verizon today.
