Im still trying to find a sympathetic ear at Verizon and Cap1 Auto finance. Verizon - I have old charge off from 2009 and Cap1 Auto is a mess (of my making and Cap1's).
Anyone pm me some good contacts to try to send another round of letters to? My last set of lettters went without any response from either.

Verizon as well here too...Clearly, there was a misunderstanding on both sides, but I cannot even get any one on the phone.
Would really appreciate any contacts. Better Business Bureau was of absolutely no assistance.
