I have an unpaid CO for Verizon Fios. The DofD is 10/10. I contacted the credit/col dept to arrange payment and was told they could not locate an account that old. I mailed and faxed a PFD and did not receive a response. There is no CA reporting this acct.
They are reporting a balance of $311 and 90 + days lates as recent as September. How can I resolve this CO?
What's up with the sporadic reporting?

Someone has to be able to find it if they updated as recently as this month. It is obviously still in their system.
I would write the CEO a letter telling him they can't find your account to work with you but can sure update the CRAs.

does anyone have contact email/info for someone high up at verizon fios?i have spoken to over 40 people in billing, finance, customer service sales and numerous other departments about a verizon error for charget they are trying to wipe out. i have spent over a month and am not making headway other than they all agree i should be credited and the charge wiped out and charge off's removed from my husbands CR. i need to go up the food chain fast. looking for higher up contact info now but if anyone knows of someone who actually had the athority to do something please PM me. thanks!!!
