I agree ~ sounds like it is reporting as a positive account, so I would not do anything now.

It doesn't sound like it's hurting you, so I dont think it will matter. Maybe you want to give them a call to see if it's actually still opened?  Is the account still contributing to your total credit limit?

No, not contributing to total credit limit, not affecting utilization at all. It's definitely a closed account, and 4 or 5 years ago I remember it being listed as charged off, but now at least says pays as agreed and isn't hurting me. I'm okay with that for now. :-P
