Victoria Secret after Bankrupcty

I filed Bankruptcy in Oct 2010.  If I included VIctoria Secret (balance of $200.00), Express (zero balance), limited (zero balance), New York and Co (zero Balance) will I ever be able to get another account with any of 

them?

Comenity Bank  does not BL forever odds are you will be  able to get new accounts especially on the ones with 0 balance at the time of your BK filing.

Great!.  I'm waiting until next year to apply for Express, as I had a limit  of $3,500.00 before with them.  I've tried the shopping cart trick, but no success.
