My TU and EX reports show Convergent Outsourcing as the CA, but EQU shows W.C.I as the CA. All three reports show a date opened of 10/2011. The amount is the same, and the collection is for DIRECTV. My questions are as follows:
1) I dropped the service and stopped paying somewhere around Oct/Nov of 2008, so why is it showing a 10/2011 origintation date with a drop off date of 01/2016 on all the CRA reports?
2) Should I DV both CA's or are they the same?
3) Should I PFD one, if they accept go for it and then DV the other, or if they decline do the PFD with the other and then DV the one that declined?
