WFFNB - Victoria Secrets Late Payment Removal?

Hi  All

I have been trying to get a WFFNB Victoria Secrets 30 Day Late payment removed from my CR's for a few months now, but have had no luck.    I've been reading numerous threads on this board and see some have had success writing an email to the company for a goodwill request for removal and have been successful.  Can anyone kindly share with me this email address or maybe share anything that assisted in getting late payments removed from CR with this company?  would love to explore any option at this point, I appreciate any assistance.  Thank you!!

I had success a few months ago getting them to delete and entire charged off tradeline.

WFNNB is currently owned by Alliance Data (www.alliancedata.com). I used their "contact us" form saying I had a question about an old Victoria Secret account. A few days later, I got an emailed reply from a customer relations specialist. I explained my situation, and asked if there was anyway they would consider deleting TL...she said they would! I hope this helps!
