So after about 10 GW letters to WFNNB for an Ann Taylor loft card that I had 3 30 day lates within the last year they FINALLY removed them! My report shows a clear EX and EQ and TU is still showing but TU always updated later than the rest!! I am so excited right now!! WOOOHOOO!!!!
Happy Tuesday to me!!!

Congrats!!! I'm following your lead and will hopefully be in the same boat SOON!!!
Starting Score: EQ=567, TU=564 4/17/12 05-01-2012 07:11 AM
Maybe this is a stupid question, but when you write repeated GW letters? Is it the exact same letter sent 10 times? Or do you change it up?
TIA and congrats!

I use the same letter printed like 4 times... I change up the date each time I send it out and I sand sign and address the letters. I have had LOTS of success with this method... Here is the successful GW list:
- Chase
- Ford
- Capital One
- WFNNB
- Credit One
- Target
- Macys
- Peoples Energy of Chicago
- CCS/Progressive Insurance
One's I am still working on
- HSBC/Orchard Bank
- Apple Federal Credit Union
- Citi Bank
Not bad... Went from 25+ baddies in Jan to less than 10 and only 3 companies to deal with. GWs are totally worth it!

@bridgetkaryn Could you PM me the address info and the sample letter you used. I sent mine off 3 or 4 weeks ago and get a denial letter the other day. Are you waiting 2 weeks between sending or 2weeks after you recieve a response from them?

i'd also be interested in hearing a bit more about your methods. Did you send repeated letters to the same address? Did you use the normal correspondence address for each company? Or did you mix it up and send letters to diiferent departmnets or executives?
TIA
