WFNNB/The Limited - Any advice getting 2 lates off?

Has any one dealt with The Limited in removing lates?  I have two that I incurred a few years ago.  Would a goodwill letter help?

No luck at all with WFFNB. I sent them letters via PFB and regular mail and absolutely no answer.

Me too...no luck with WFNNB/Victorias Secret.  Smiley Mad  

 

One "90" & they won't budge.
