WFNNB i need help!

Ok so a WFNNB charge off from Jessica London is KILLING my credit score!  Here is the thing though, they reported that it had a payment in 5/12 and was marked as paying as agreed?  I never had a payment plan with them.  Just last week, I paid it off!  ARGH all the information looks incorrect to me, but I wanted some other opinions!  I have had NO luck getting WFNNB to GW,  I also tried PFD. No luck.  It also states payments managed by a financial counseling program!  WHAT?  I am just SO confused by this whole account!  I don't want to dispute if I don't have to throught the Credit bureaus because I am trying to buy a home and the disputes seem to linger forever!  I don't even know what to dispute!

The DOFD shows 7/2012.   This is what will set the CRTP time frame.  Does that sound about right?
