I hate to add the the clamor (and bump this thread) but I was so encouraged to read your post! I have two CL with WFNNB I'd love to see deleted, and would really appreciate the contact information as well! Did you have to send many letters before you got a positive response? Thank you!

Congrats!! That's so much better than the response I got!! Haha. They entered a dispute on my account, which is a headache to get removed! Needless to say, I'm a little gun-shy to do a GW letter now.

I searched and found  that WFNNB is owned by alliancedata. I found in another thread someone who recieved success using the contact form from alliance data website. I used that method also and recieved a phone call in a couple days from Customer Relations VS. The info I inquired about was 30day lates, which they said they didnt have the records for and to dispute with the CRA.

When were your lates from? I had a similar issue with NCO, they told me to dispute and 3 days later it was gone.
